Follow the work A few things before your visit
Good nails.
Clear expectations.
A little preparation makes room for the good part. Here’s how appointments work with Kat.
New clients & deposits
New clients pay a $20 nonrefundable deposit, which goes toward the appointment total.
Rescheduling & late arrivals
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled. No-call/no-shows without notice must pay 50% of the service total before booking again.
Designs, pricing & timing
Listed service prices are base prices. Your total can change with design complexity, and appointment lengths are estimates. Send inspiration pictures before your visit so Kat can plan the materials and time for your design.
Fill-ins & maintaining your set
Schedule fill-ins 2–3 weeks after your full set. Kat allows one fill-in per Gel-X set; after that, book a soak-off and a new full set.
Sharing your saved edit
Your saved references stay in this browser; they aren’t sent to Kat or Square. Download the photos from Your edit and share them with Kat ahead of your visit. You’ll still choose your service, nail art, and appointment time in Square.
